Very friendly front desk service but my car was in the shop all day while I was at work. I thought I would pick up a car with a clean exterior, but I didn’t.

I've purchased many cars in my life from various sources. Langan VW had a very accurate inventory,, the car was clean and well represented, and the salesman Frank was amazing! He did a great job of maintaining contact without being overbearing and was as helpful as possible! Steve in finance was amazing as well. He remained informative without pushing anything on us. I was so impressed, we went back and bought a 2nd VW today!

The service appointment was efficiently scheduled for the following day. When I brought the car in to check the smoking coming from the exhaust and the low oil light, Adam assisted me. He knew it was a major repair and I would have to leave my Tiguan. He was very accommodating and offered me the last loaner vehicle until mine was fixed. He told me it would probably be covered under the certified pre-owned factory warranty and I would need to cover the $50 co-pay.
