I dropped my car off for an 8:30AM appointment at 8:00AM. All that was being done was an oil change and tire rotation. I did not get a "Vehicle Ready" notification until almost 1:30PM. Almost 5 hours. Luckily I didn't wait that entire time, but that's a crazy time disparity.
