This was my first time at your dealership (I just bought my car this spring.) Your staff could not have been nicer, online scheduling was easy with great reminders, and service check-in was quick and easy when I got there. I think the only thing that would have been helpful is a better idea of when my car would be ready. I was relying on a family member for a ride and was told late afternoon- and the car wasn't ready until about 5:30pm. My appointment/drop off was at 8am so a time range would been a bit more helpful! (I also recognize I could have asked for more specific time as well, so this is just a suggestion.)
