I needed 1 tire and schedule service to purchase 2. I found out when I picked up my car there was a sale on tires, buy 3-get-1 free. No one offered or reminded me of this offer. I made my appointment about 2 weeks in advance and called to modify it once. Would have expected someone would have told me about the offer.

We have had great service from Langan. I do have one concern though. We had our Cross Sport in earlier this year and when we picked it up the repair order said I declined an engine air filter replacement. I was never actually asked if I wanted to replace it. So when I called to set this most recent appointment I was very clear in saying that I wanted the engine air filter replaced and that I had never declined. My wife dropped off the vehicle and picked it up and when I reviewed the paper work the engine air filter was not replaced. That was frustrating .

The service department was able to help me right away even though I was early for my recall appointment, which was very much appreciated. I had a question about the recall repair performed, and Chris the service tech was great. He came out to my vehicle and answered my question and explained the process.
