I made the reservation for an oil change on line and didn't pay attention to the date of the oil change. I assumed that it was for the current week. But, I had made the appointment for the following week. It was completely my error. I live in Stafford, CT - nearly an hour from Glastonbury - and I was planning on getting the oil change prior to my class at CCSU. The gentleman at the desk was just wonderful. He tried to squeeze me in, and when he realized it was going to take longer than originally promised, he gave me loaner vehicle, so I could get to class. That was HUGE. He didn't have to even try to squeeze me in for the oil change. It was MY mistake. Customer Service at Gene Langan is the best of the best. We live quite a ways from Glastonbury, but we only buy vehicles from Gene Langan and get our vehicles serviced there because of the level of service. It's unmatched.
